Sebastian Wanatowicz is the owner of Type Five Builders, bringing over 25 years of experience in high-end construction, project management, architecture, and oversight of high-performing teams in the Aspen market. His significant experience, depth of technical acumen, and long-term relationships with subcontractors, designers and specialists provide clients with high-touch building experience. Sebastian lives in Carbondale with his wife and two children, they enjoy camping on the weekends in the summer and skiing in the winter. Sebastian’s love of the building craft is witness to his life long commitment to the design and construction industry.

Frank Scotti
Frank Scotti, Superintendent at Type Five Builders started working in the construction industry as a teenager transferring his early experiences in the industry into an expert in custom home building. Frank is originally from Long Island, NY but made his way to west to Colorado for his love of the outdoors and lifestyle. More passions include spending time with family, snowboarding, mountain biking and dirt biking.

Ron Llyod, Superintendent at Type Five Builders has been building in the Aspen area for nearly thirty years. He raised his children in Basalt and is passionate about the craft of fine custom residential building. Ron loves to spend time outdoors and enjoy the Colorado lifestyle.

Lukasz Lowisz, Superintendent for Type Five Builders, is an experienced and highly skilled construction professional. His career has focused on high-end custom residential and finished carpentry. Luksaz has a beautiful family and lives in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Adriana Morales Rivera
Adriana brings experience from all areas of the construction industry from commercial to hospitality and multi-family housing.
She manages client communications, procurement and project execution for Type Five. Adriana lives in the western slope and enjoys off-road riding sport, traveling and building a happy home life.
